ASKED ABOUT ANY ADDITIONAL FEES WAS TOLD VIA TEXT AND WEBSITE NOT ADDITIONAL FEES
AFTER LOGO DONE ADVISED A FEE OF 269 DOLLARS TO COVER AND TRADEMARK FEE AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN TOLD
I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING THE 49.00 THAT I AGREED TO AND WAS TOLD OF
The complainant signed up on our website for a logo basic package, which offers 6 unique logo design concepts and final files in JPEG format only. However, for customer satisfaction we gave him all the file formats without any additional cost. Since the logo is our intellectual property, we informed the customer to get the logo copyrighted under his name. The service offered was completely optional and there was no compulsion of any sort. Nonetheless, the customer complained that he wasn't informed about the process beforehand. Keeping his reservations in mind, we offered him stickers as well to compensate the copyright fees. Customer willingly paid for the copyrights and is now complaining about the charge for no reason as he believes it is a scam.
