Ordering from Bing Banners was simple and the response time fastI placed a rush order and within the hour had an initial proofI paid $for overnight shipping, and the next day received a nice banner and base, but not the poles I tried to contact the shipping company, OnTrac, but was unable to reach a live personI then called Bing, and what had been a positive experience deteriorated into a customer service NIGHTMAREThe woman who was assisting me insisted that there was nothing that they could do, that it would be my responsibility to follwith the shipping company as it was out of their handsShe told me that they ship out hundreds of these a day and can't keep track of shipping problemsI asked to speak with a supervisor, or anyone else at the company, and she HUNG UP on me for no reason other than me requesting better customer service than she was providingUltimately another person at Bing was able to resolve the problemGood product, POOR customer service

We ordered a huge banner from Bing Banners.com and when it arrived some of the lettering was fuzzy and did not print clearI had to go through a few customer agents to help me, but when I finally reached the right person they explained to me the file sent some parts of it were JPEG and the lettering blown up would show fuzzyI gave him some feedback that when we receive the proof the image looks clear on our end, how would we know to zoom into the image to see flaws?!? Providing customer feedback I feel is valuable to companies that print large items*** was awesome and helpful and resolved the issue quickly! They printed a new banner and promised to get to us in time before our conference! WOW great customer supportHighly recommended!
