This complaint was settled on August Ms [redacted] came into the store August to pick up her Michael Kors handbag and check for the Sam Edelman shoes and receipt for her one item that sold which resolved all issues to her satisfactionUnfortunately, with the thousands of individual transactions that flow through the store and the many individual customers and consigners, sometimes things don't go perfectly-- especially during summer monthsWe strive to keep on top of each individual customer and ALWAYS put the customer firstWe are sincerely sorry for any problems and regret that Ms [redacted] had difficulty with the timing of her transaction and hope that she will continue to shop with us in the future

I am rejecting this response because: obviously, that is a lame excuse that they gaveThey had my bag, but I never saw it in the storeI did pick the bag and received a check for the shoes This has happened before; just read the reviews on the websiteNothing more can be done, so you can close this matter I will NEVER do business with these people again I will also make sure the word gets around!
