Pluma Restaraunt & Banquet

Review: We contracted with Pluma Restaurant for a 9/27/14 wedding at their facility back in October of 2013. We gave them a $500 deposit. Approx. 3 weeks ago, we came to find out that the restaurant went under new ownership, and that the new owners decided NOT to open it back up. I have tried to call them, phone disconnected, email them - returned.... messaged on their Facebook page .... "someone will get back to you"... I have had no choice but to find a different venue for my daughter's wedding. I am looking to get my deposit back, but I can't seem to get ahold of anyone.. I am being told that "[redacted]" may be taking it over, but that is not who contracted with...I really need help in getting the deposit back..Weddings are expensive enough with having to lose money due to a breach in contract. Please advise how to proceed.Desired Settlement: $500 non-refundable deposit on a banquent facility for wedding in which the facility is now closed...
