Was not impressed with the work or service. We had a slab leak under our water heater. Took a day to remove the water heater and jack hammer our concrete floor to get to the leak. Once the leak was found, needed to borrow my tubbing cutters to cut out the pipe. Could not cut pipe because it "wasn't working correctly".I thought that you should use sand cloth to clean the pipe before cutting...anyways Day 2 with a helper lasted from 8am to midnight. had to cut a hole in the stud for them so they could run pex piping. You would think they would have tools to do the job. Then about midnight after water heater was installed, could not hook up the flue pipe because it grew legs and ran away. So about 10am on Day 3 they were able to fit a short piece of 3" metal pipe to water heater and then broke gate valve, which then was blamed on the helper from the day before. After 2.5 days, the work was completed, which then I was able to repair the drywall holes in my home, clean up all the sand off my hardwood floors and pick up the 15 cigarette butts in the driveway. BEWARE!

I had an emergency issue and my service was taken care of within a few hours. I had called others who could not come out until after hours. Pricing was on par with what I expected. XX-XXXX.
