Was not impressed with the work or serviceWe had a slab leak under our water heaterTook a day to remove the water heater and jack hammer our concrete floor to get to the leakOnce the leak was found, needed to borrow my tubbing cutters to cut out the pipeCould not cut pipe because it "wasn't working correctly".I thought that you should use sand cloth to clean the pipe before cutting...anyways Day with a helper lasted from 8am to midnighthad to cut a hole in the stud for them so they could run pex pipingYou would think they would have tools to do the jobThen about midnight after water heater was installed, could not hook up the flue pipe because it grew legs and ran awaySo about 10am on Day they were able to fit a short piece of 3" metal pipe to water heater and then broke gate valve, which then was blamed on the helper from the day beforeAfter days, the work was completed, which then I was able to repair the drywall holes in my home, clean up all the sand off my hardwood floors and pick up the cigarette butts in the drivewayBEWARE!
