[redacted] Contacted me personally Yesterday with this complaint. Yes we recognize that My employee Kevin spoke out of line to Mr. [redacted] customer. I was personaly appalled at what was said. Our company has a written policy not to disparage any of the contractors that we work for. [redacted]...

actions have already resulted in disciplinary action by our company. As for the repair needed, we did ask Mr. [redacted] to have one of his carpenters open the wall where the leak in question is so that we may further investigate and ultimately repair the leak. This is a reasonable request to ensure the best possible repair. Since Mr. [redacted] has hired another contractor to do this work we will offer to pay for the repair. simply send me the invoice and we will pay it.  As for the disparaging remarks that my employee made, I cannot undo what was said however. I can only publicly offer my sincere apologies.  It is not our company policy nor is it an acceptable business practice. Mr. [redacted] is a reputable business person in our area. I expect my employees to treat everyone with respect. My Humble apologies.

Review: I had Plumb Magic do some extensive plumbing at [redacted] to the main level of a recent renovation project that my company owned. The property was just purchased and sold on March 6th 2015 the new owner moved in and discovered a leak in the master bathroom on Saturday 2/7/15. I called Plumb Magic to come and evaluate the issue since they did the work and have offer a warranty on there work. They came out same day to look at the issue and said they could not fix it that day, she needed to call back to there office first of the week and reschedule which she did, [redacted] one of the owners of Plumb Magic was extremely rude and refused to come out and look at the issue. I had no choice a few months back to tell the other owner [redacted] that I could no longer deal with his company because they consistently showed up late to the jobs or just not showing up when promised at all. [redacted] told the new home owner that they would not come back to do anything and that I owed them money which I can prove is a lie, that all we do is cut corners and cheat people. This shows this company does not honor a warranty nor do they have any customer service. All of this happened when she called to reschedule another appointment which they told her to do when they were out the first time. This company completed this work prior o being fired off the job and they need to honor there agreements. Totally unprofessional and they have tarnished my reputation, slandered me and have caused the owner of the home my client major grief.Desired Settlement: I have now hired another plumber to go out and as the issue and make the necessary repair Plumb Magic should have to pay for this repair for refusing to honor there warranty! Imagine you just bought your new home and can't use your bathroom because of a plumbing leak and the company that did the work refuses to come out, honor there work instead one of the owners Kevin starts spouting all these false statements. This is the kind of disrespect and unbelievable rudeness and unprofessional treatment they delivered to a customer trying to get warranty work done.
