To the appropriate Complaint Processing Professional, The attached missive is my response to complaint #*** filed on 5/20/by *** ***, copy attached hereto I chose not to register on your website I will also forward a notarized copy of my response to your offices
by certified mail. I DO NOT consider this complaint to be a misunderstanding or mistake I consider it to be a vindictive attempt by the complainant to disparage my business reputation and also to be significantly libelous It is what he threatened to do when I gave him a work schedule he was not happy with His exact words were “unacceptable” Several of the assertions he made within the complaint are easily challengeable and proven false Not the least of which is his claim to have an email within which I attempt to coerce him into installing a new underground gas line to his proposed new pool heater I believe my email file for the job is complete and I have no such email There are emails discussing the miniscule pressure drop my son voiced concern over Taken in context any responsible professional would consider my concerns legitimate and prudent business behavior, NOT attempted fraud To the best of my knowledge at no time did I assert that a new gas line was needed, I simply voiced my concern about the integrity of the existing line and its ability to pass the requisite parameters of the inspection dictated by the local authority What Mr*** read into my due diligence efforts is not a fact and should NOT have been asserted as such in his accusations I would think the Revdex.com would ask for badocumentation of the brash statements made by ***. As pointed out in my response, various other points in ***’s complaint are readily discernable as baseless and I would strongly suggest that the Revdex.com seek further documentation from him as bato all his assertions before publishing any negative information regarding my company Anything less than due diligence on the part of Revdex.com would, in my opinion, constitute gross negligence. I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
This rebuttal is a clear attempt by Mr. [redacted] to distract the Revdex.com Review team from the two points of my complaint: 1. His job abandonment and 2. His deceptive business practice. The specific duration and pressure mentioned by Mr. [redacted] is indeed the very reason why I am convinced that Mr. [redacted] was attempting to trick me into an expensive and unnecessary replacement of our underground gas line. As was later explained by Mr. [redacted], for town inspection the line is pressurized to 20 psi and tested for 15 minutes . Instead, Mr. [redacted] pressurized the line (to 15 psi) and mentioned nothing about the requirements for the inspection, and instead wrote after ONE WEEK claiming that the line is not holding the pressure. As was then clear, the 3psi pressure fall over one week (from 15 to 12 psi) was nothing but an excuse for Mr. [redacted] to lure me into purchasing his product (new underground line). It was not until after I confronted him that he admitted the required test be 20 psi for 15 min, and only then did he instruct me (in order to be absolutely sure that the line passes the test) to confirm that it holds the pressure for 5-7 times the required time (i.e. 75 min). As is acknowledged by Mr. [redacted], the existing line passed the inspection with flying colors. In his 2 rebuttals, Mr. [redacted] provides no response as to the reason for his job abandonment (even disconnecting and removing existing gas line and then stating that he has no commitment to the job) and the above mentioned unfair and deceptive business. All I can find in his rebuttals could be summarized as simple intimidation, and accusing me of providing this report to Revdex.com as a retaliation for his proposed timing of the job. Please notice that Mr. [redacted] accepted this job in October 2016, and did not even return my email asking him to finish the job on 5/5/2017. He only called me AFTER [redacted] from [redacted] contacted him at my request, and then he stated that  - in his view - he had no commitment to this job (because he had instead decided to accept a larger job). Again, by raising these concerns my hope is that the Revdex.com will help protect consumers from the unfair and deceptive business practice by Mr. [redacted].

Good Day, This is [redacted] providing additional information in rebuttal to the above identified complaint. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] (the Sudbury Plumbing/Gas Inspector) today.   I specifically asked him if any licensed plumber in MA or I could install a pool heater for the complainant and simply subject the gas piping to the “NORMAL” 3psi pressure test?   He assured me that the line had  been tested to his required elevated pressure for his specified duration and passed and approved for use.   The ONLY test pressure required by him from here on is the standard 3 psi test. As I informed you yesterday, the permit to test the underground line is approved and was closed out last fall. This rebuttal should prove yet another of the complainant’s assertions as false.   You are welcome to call the Sudbury Inspectional Services Office and request to have Mr. [redacted] talk to you directly.  The office # is ([redacted], they open at 8:00 AM. Thank you for your attention, [redacted] J.
