complaint via Revdex.com instead of calling our office. we then contacted the customer again via email and confirmed the correct address and the customer responded that it was indeed correct. we contacted the customer via phone on the 18th to see if the check had been received, and received no response. we verified the date of the mailing of the check in the first contact, however it seems that the check is somewhere lost in the mail. We will reissue a check, but it would be nice if the customer would call our office and talk directly to a manager so this can be resolved.

Review: Plumber visited my house to provide estimate for repairs. Estimate was nearly $6000 for a new well pump. I paid $59 for the house call. Because of the high price, I got a second opinion. Second company fixed my problem for $1200 and the solution did NOT include a new well pump (filter and pressure switch were replaced). I complained to the company about paying $59 for a $6000 estimate that would not have solved my problem.

I received an email reply from Denise Z[redacted] telling me they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that my refund check was in the mail. That email was sent on 11/24/2014, but no check has been received as of 12/08/2014. Two weeks should be plenty of time to receive a check that is "in the mail".Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. I have no problem paying for a house call, but I refuse to pay for a quote that was not competently prepared.
