We are saddened to hear of the customers complaint as we have made every attempt to satisfy the customer including returning to the property at no charge, discounting the bill by 20% and offering to return again. If the customer is requesting a full refund, we are happy to do so with the
condition of voiding all warranties and release of liability for any issues related to the work performed
