excellent place

Extremely rude customer service. I have never ever been treated this rudely by any customer service representative. I was told by personnel from [redacted] that Plumb-Rite Plumbing was a distributor dealer for their products. I was needing a replacement cartridge for my leaky faucet. I called Plumb-rite to verify they were a dealer and asked if someone would be available if I came by during my lunch hour. I arrived at their location to find only one employee sitting behind a counter behing a computer screen listening to a rather loud radio. He didn't even bother to cut it down. He seemed rather pertrubed that I even came in to disturb him. He asked me what I needed and I told him that I called earlier and I needed a replacement cartridge for a Premier faucet. I had the printouts with the model number and part numbers. He said he didn't need them. He went to the back. Came back with a part and asked if that looked like it. I said not really but I have the part number and I asked did it have a part number label on it. He rudely replied "does it look like it has a part number?" . I was somewhat taken back by the response. I said I was just asking. He proceeded to look at my printout. He then said well it is a ceramic part and I yes it was. "Most peolple bring the part in." I said I tried that at another store and they needed the part number so I didnt' bother bringing it because if you were a dealer you would be ablet to match the part number. He went back to the back again and came back with a part that looked like the cartridge I needed. He said "do you want it". I asked how much was it and could it be replaced under warranty. He said no and proceeded to look it up on another computer. He said it would be $28 plus tax. This was incredibly high. He again asked if I wanted it and I said I would like to check to see if I could replace it under warranty first and then If I couldn't I would probably come back and get it. He then proceed to throw the part on the counter and said well that was for nothing. About that time another customer with an [redacted] uniform walks in the door and he immediately blows me off and asks him if he could help him. I told him that I wasn't finished and I had another question but since he had blew me off I would take my business else where.This was absolutely ridiculous for this person to be this rude. He did not have a name tag and I didn't get his name. People like this don't need to be meeting the public and give businesses a bad name.Desired SettlementAn apology for the rude behavior and I would like to have suitable service in helping me find the replacement part I am needing for my faucet. This is a hard to find part and my options are limited. But at the same time, I don't have to tolerate this type of rude behavior.
