We are sorry for parts problems with there carThe car was dropped as stated and at that time we ordered aprtsThe vendor informed us a few days later that the roof panel was indeed on back order with no real release dateWe held car for a few more days waiting to get word on availibity of the
partThis time the vendor informed us again that there was no good release informationTom D*** then called owner to explain this and see if owner wanted to pickup car with repairs completedPer my conversation it took a couple days for owner to return callThe owner called back in and decided they would come get car at this timeFew days passed and the owner came and pickled up car wanting to take till part came inI believe the next day the owner let us know they would not be bringing it back for reapirs instead would seek another repair facility to perform repaisI understand some of there concerns and would like to apoligize on Penske's behalfEven though half of the problem was created by us I feel it necessary to pay for half of the disputed chargesPlease feel free to contact the office at 317-975-to have reimbursment issued
