Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Phil C [redacted] is making assumptions and never once took the time to listen to my complaint or take a look at the boilerInstead, he simply argued with me over the phone and told me "go [redacted] ." Furthermore, as I tried to explain several times to this argumentative and vulgar Phil C [redacted] , I did not initially turn my heating system on until mid to late November due to the unseasonably warm weather we have experienced this year and therefore, I was not aware of any problems with the "heating system" in my home until such timeThat is when I tried to contact him several times to no availHe told me he was ignoring my calls "on principle." Furthermore, Phil C [redacted] seems to keep confusing the "hot water" system with the "heating system." My hot water has been working fine since the installation of the boiler but, only when I turned on the heating system did I have a problemIf Phil C [redacted] would have just listened to me instead of calling me names and swearing at me he may have been able to delineate that and make the necessary repair As it turns out, one of the check valves that was installed by Phil C [redacted] 's company, Plumbers Plus, was faulty and had to be replacedThis entire problem was due to no fault of mine but, a bad part which would have been covered under warranty Bottom line is, Phil C [redacted] , on behalf of Plumbers Plus was rude, vulgar, argumentative, insulting, demeaning, condescending, and completely unprofessionalHe did not fix the problemI had another plumber fix it for me as I no longer trust Phil C [redacted] or Plumbers Plus to enter into my home Sincerely, Todd [redacted]

text-align: left;" valign="top"> This is in response to the above referenced complaint that I received on December 19, Mr*** contracted with ** *** *** to have some work done at his homeThe work included a new boiler installationMr***’s contractor, ** *** ***, hired me to do the boiler installation and help him with this projectIn June the new boiler was installed, inspected, tested and set at the proper efficiency levelThe boiler supplies heat and hot water to the homeMr*** paid ** *** *** for all work done at his home including the boiler installationUpon completion of the job, Mr***’s contractor, ** *** *** failed to pay me in full for the boiler installationI have since been unable to collect the balance due to me for the work at Mr***’s home as ** *** *** has indicated he has gone out of businessWhen Mr*** reached out to his contractor, ** *** ***, with an issue he was having the call was refereed to meI reached out to Mr*** and indicated that I was not comfortable assisting him any further with this job and that it would be his responsibility to find another contractor to assist Mr***The boiler had been functioning properly from June through the November complaint date as it was providing hot water to the home throughout that time without issueThis conversation with KM *** was on or about December 1, Mr*** contacted me on December 15th and relayed the issue he was having to the boilerI explained to him that it didn’t appear to be a warrantee issue so I could take a look at the unit, but he would be required to pay for the service call and any repairsHe refused to pay anything to me and demanded that I repair the current problem for freeAgain, I was very uncomfortable with this situationOur conversation was very argumentativeOn December 15, I did follwith an email to Mr*** stating, that in good faith I was willing to come out to his house with my boiler specialist and determine the cause of his issueIf the issue is related to any component under warranty then we can fix itHowever, if the issue is not warranty related then he will be responsible to pay for such repairsI also stated that if he agreed to this, I could schedule a convenient time to take a look at itTo date, Mr*** has not replied to my email or attempted to agree to my proposal

Bottom line is, Phil C[redacted], on behalf of Plumbers Plus was rude, vulgar, argumentative, insulting, demeaning, condescending, and completely unprofessional. He did not fix the problem. I had another plumber fix it for me as I no longer trust Phil C[redacted] or Plumbers Plus to enter into my home.
