Absolutely shameful that this company charge $160 to relight the pilot light. I would NEVER use this company again. My gas stove had a leak and the gas was turned off and the pilot light went out. I called them to let them know I didn't have any hot water and this is what they charged me to relight it, after their technician left it out after he did the work. Called to complain about the exorbitant charge and Julie spoke over me the entire time I was talking. Actually commended their company for not charging me for MATERIALS. IT WAS A MATCH USED TO LIGHT THE PILOT.
NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have filed both an ethics complaint and a [redacted] complaint against this branch They failed to provide the required level of service as agreed to in the code of ethics, failed to take ownership of this mistake and were completely incompetent as my buyer's agent Buyer's agents are supposed to present market materials when asked if the home is fairly priced and must show an understanding of the market they are representing They are also supposed to fairly represent the buyer Their gross incompetence resulted in financial damages to myself and a lost opportunity for home ownership I would not recommend anyone to use this branch; they do not abide by the code of ethics and do not understand the business that they represent
