Review: they charged me 212.50 (2.5hr) for thawing drain and pipes.

first of all, I called them to fix my running toilet. I did not ask for thawing pipes or drain.

but in order to fix my toilet, the pipe was unfortunately frozen because it was -30F out there.

the pipe had to be thawed out to fix the problem. Not the shower drain.

they did what I have not asked for and is over charging me.

Secondly, the plumbers only worked for 1hr. not 2.5hr like they have charged me.

and the plumber has also left my house for 20min and go fix other house while waiting for other crew to come with equipment.

I have a prove to show you that they have worked less than 2.5hr.

I called the business about this and they are charging me for each plumber's hourly work.( 1hr+15min per person)

I think this is not reasonable. thawing pipe and changing flapper does not require 2 people.

Thirdly, this was the second time calling the plumbers in because the toilet was not 100% fixed when they came in for the first time.

they have 45 days warranty policy, and I was valid for the 45 day warranty. They need to define what warranty is for customer. If the problem they fixed prior is not fully fixed and whatever needed to be done to fix the prior unfixed problem should be under warranty. This is not acceptable.

I am not going to pay what they are charging me.

They are not explaining well about their charges and not willing to listen to my side of the story.Desired Settlement: No charge, or max 1hr charge.
