authorized service provider for Noritz Tankless Water Heaters as well as multiple other brandsCalls are received daily for service requested and referred by the manufacturer for service. For Mr***, Plumbing Concepts, Inchas been working with him to resolve his issues he has been experiencing with his tankless water heaterThe first documented service work order Mr*** requested service to have a technician install his provided parts for his tankless water heater. History: On July 14th, Plumbing Concepts, Incdispatched authorized service technician *** *** to assist Mr*** with his tankless water heaterUpon arrival he found that he did not receive all parts needed for the repair and a return visit would be requiredMr*** accepted charges and *** *** then collected the service fee of $from Mr***, ordered the parts needed and then scheduled a return visit for July 16th, On July 16th, 2015, *** *** was dispatched to install the provided parts sent by Noritz to Mr*** *** then tested the unit with Mr*** to insure it was operating properlyMr*** accepted charges and they provided payment of $for the service visit. Recent:On August 11th, 2016, Mr*** contacted Plumbing Concepts, Incto report that his tankless water heater was coding and he required service againPlumbing Concepts, Incthen scheduled service with Mr*** for August 18th, and made him aware of chargesOn August 18th, 2016, Plumbing Concepts, Incdispatched *** *** to assist discovered that Mr ***' ignitor was not operating properly and called Noritz for the parts to be sent to Mr*** accepted charges and provided payment of $for the inspection and ordering of partsAt this time Mr*** was made aware by *** *** that there would be a service charge to return to install the new parts sent by NoritzMr*** declined scheduling a future appointment and stated, " I don't think so, it will take minutes to install myself."On August 22nd, 2016, Mr*** contacted Plumbing Concepts, Incto report that he received the ignitor part sent to him by Noritz for the tankless water heaterHe advised he could not remove the screws on the unit as hey were too tightPlumbing Concepts, Incoffered to send an authorized service thenician to assist him with the unit and made him aware of chargesHe was advised that all certified technicians were on calls out of the area and unavailable until the next dayHe then refused to schedule service.
