Called Plumbing Express for emergency sewer back up problems in my home Diagnosis process was explained over the phone by professional plumber Felt very comfortable and scheduled a visit later that morning which they arrived within minute window promised Root cause identified after 15-minutes Less than hours, all lines "rodded" and cleared Very lucky line was not sheered off at foundation wall! The plumber politely asked if there were any other plumbing issues that needed a quick look Pointed him towards some year old leaky facets and toilets that he fixed in minutes Total time at home with good clean up was hours! Price was very fair considering my emergency cries for help and I felt very good about their work for preventative maintenance Other plumbers I called that morning did not sound so definitive on the troubleshooting process and I would feel more exposed financially if they visited Glad I chose Plumbing Express Will call them again when needed and recommend to friends and relatives

Had Plumbing Express install a water heater The price quoted was $ After the plumber came, he stated there were fittings to be installed so my price went up from to 1, I was quoted a price for installation and haul away of old water heater After installation, I noticed the old water heater was left on my curb They did not haul it away as promised The dispatcher called the plumber and he stated that it would be $extra I disputed the charge and he said he would pick up the old water heater by 4:p.m He never showed up I called the dispatcher who promised a call back and she never did call me back The water heater was left on the curb Totally unprofessional ; they did keep their word by coming back to pick up water heater or even calling me back

These days its unfortunate people are quick to complain and delayed in giving praiseLast year My elderly mothers toilet was over flowing most every time it rained with significant rain fall as did her neighbors I received many estimates Flatleys was the ONLY company that advised a permit is required by our village to install a Flood Control System and was inspected by the village that it met their specificationsMarcos and Dan treated and spoke to my mother with great respect, for which Im impressed with There cleanup was perfect and the Pricing was right in the ball park for the large jobAfter the rains in September my mothers house was the ONLY house that DID NOT flood that had this continuous problem
I recently used Flatleys again for a clogged drain in my utility sink after some mortar was poured down, after cleaning up from a tiling job that we were completing (poor choice, I know now) Flatleys came out promptly The gentlemen was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem with easy and cleaned up everything around him The PRICE was just right on!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR A JOB DONE RIGHT!

The plumber stated he was called out because the elbow on the water line under the kitchen sink feeding the cold side was leaking due to corrosion & age of the pipesWhen the plumber arrived at the jobsite he was dealing with tenant &
with Mrs*** over the phone because she was at workThe plumber assessed the plumbing issue and gave her an estimate of $2XX-XXX to make the repairShe gave him the go ahead and hung up with her
In order to make the repair the water needed to be turned off to the entire buildingWhile changing out the cold side elbow, the plumber noticed that the hot side elbow look as bad as the cold side but it wasn't leaking yetHe tried to call Mr*** two times to inform her that she should have it replaced but couldn't reach her on her at her office nor her personal mobile phoneUnder the assumption that she would be happy with replacing both sides to prevent a future call & having to pay for another visit, again having to turn the water back off and on to the whole building, which would create more possible problems due to the old pipes, the plumber replaced the hot side for a discounted price of $40, well between the estimate that was given to her over the phone
When the work was completed it took a couple of days for her to return our call to pay us for the 1st visitWhile on the phone, the plumber did explain the situationShe then asked that a plumber come out again because when the water was turned off and back on again, the building caused rust debris to clog up the hot side & shut off valve was bad tooThe plumber spoke to Mrs*** & make her aware that she would incur a charge since it wasn't our fault that there were water pressure issues from turning off and on the water to the building, we were dealing with old galvanized pipes & the repair was madeA check was left with the tenant to pay for the repair and the plumber left
Mrs*** put a stop payment on her check and it is policy to send it off to a company who is in charge of NSF checks as well as payments that had a stop put on themThey collected the funds in our favor and nothing was heard of since

The problem is I never authorized the hot side to be fixed in the first place, as they assumed I would be happy, but the hot side became problematic and I was charged an additional $to have it fixedI don't remember how much I was quoted for the initial repair and they were paid by check that was sent in the mailThe plumber *** also told me that the check would have to be in their office before he could come out againIt took about days before they came out to fix the pressure problemInitially the plumber who came(it wasn't ***) said I wouldn't be charged for the repair but then asked to see my receipt to see what was doneHow could I be charged for to fix the valve on the hot side when they shouldn't have touched the hot side in the first place

I called Plumbing Express out on 3/1/16 to replace a leaking [redacted] Roman Tub cartridge. Before he came out I called the office and said make sure he has the proper cartridge, I was advised they would make sure he did. The plumber arrives on time takes off the top part and advises me he doesn't have the cartridge or tool to remove it. I told him I called to make sure you had it. He then tells me to order it from [redacted] with the tool because he would have to charge me $285 total or $85 for just coming out. He wrote out a ticket with the charge and the cartridge number to order. I said are you sure of that cartridge number of [redacted] he sais he did hundreds of them. He was wrong, it was the wrong cartridge. I called the company and complained to the manager, he said what can we do, I said give me 1/2 my money back because I paid for nothing. I waited and called again and was told it was on a desk and someone would contact me. Its 3/31 and nothing.

we need a simple job done . call them 4 time to set up . 2 appointment . 1st time the plumber call changed next day . after then he didn't shows up , we called him , he said he does not have time .call his company dispatch. she told me he does not have a ladder to do the job . they are waste our 2 days . we have to find other plumber .we like support local business .but we do not recommended this company and do not waste your time to call them .specially for business . and plumbing express , [redacted] express they are all same company and phone number

I am very happy with the service I just received. I needed some bathroom maintenance/repairs to a shower, a toilet and a faucet. I submitted a request for an estimate from Plumbing Express through the Revdex.com. I was called backed in less than an hour and an estimate was quoted. The plumber arrived on the day I wanted and was in and out in less than 3 hours. What another plumber said required going through the wall to fix for the shower issue, Plumbing Express fixed without doing any of that. Saved me money. Assuming the repairs last, I will absolutely call them again.
