The plumber came out but could not do the service for which I had received a quote over the phoneThey charged me $dollars for figuring out that they could not change the hose bib for the original quoteThe plumber was here for less than minutes

We had contacted other plumbing companies prior to contacting Plumbing MastersWhen we called I actually spoke to someone(***) who was very friendly and courteousHe advised he was on a job and we would be next, mind you this was at 8:00pm on a Friday nightHe showed up at around 10:00pm to fix our problem and get water back to our residence in about minutesHe was very professional and new how to fix the problem immediatelyNow of the others we contacted that said they have after hours services...one texted my wife and advised they didn't go past which it doesn't say anywhere on their websiteI received a return call from one and was advised they couldn't come out till the morningThat would have meant no water all nightHighly recommend this company!!!

Called them times in regards to getting a new hot water heater for my deceased uncles house, each time they hung up on us within sentences

I filed a review/complaint a couple days ago about this companyI was contacted yesterday and one of their plumbers came out and took care of the problem to my satisfaction

I am pleased with the work Plumbing Masters did for meAfter finding we had a bad slab leak, we got estimates for finding and fixing it, and also for just abandoning the under slab piping and repipingPM gave us a reasonable estimate for eachWe chose to repipe, and PM was able to come do the job within five daysThey came when expected, did the work, tested the system to psi, and completed it in the time they had estimatedCurrently leak free, and pleased with their work

After weeks of trying to find a professional, plumber who would show up at the appointed time, answer a phone message and do the job correctly and politely, my husband found this company. Believe me, it was an excellent experience. The plumber showed up on time, was very polite, professional and very neat. He addressed each problem without hesitation, completed the job exactly as quoted
and was a breath of fresh air after our horrors. We were more than pleased with this company and will refer them to family and friends.

This company has extremely poor customer relations, and are rude disrespectful, and after paying them in full, after I was treated like garbage. They installed a kitchen faucet, that is not working properly, they did nothing to help fix the problem, the receptionist just hung up, this company may have been around.this does not constitute an entitlement mentality, there is no integrity here! Beware! I had to call another plumber to FIX there mistake! Costing me more money time. I do not recommend this company, stay away. There is a high price to pay!!
