Plumbing Police

We had an appointment for 8:AM on 8/31/I was told to wait till about 9-9:AMI had a doctor's appointment for one of my children set for 11:that very same day 10:came and I received no call whatsoever, I had to call this company myself check what the hold up was about Then the lady on the phone kept having to hang up to call me and their plumber on the field who apparently got held up because he had to replace a garbage disposal, it even took her a few minutes find her schedule pad to know what time my appointment was (even after me calling her last Monday to confirm my 8:appointment!?!?!?!) After getting hold of their field plumber, she said that he will not be able to make it about minutes after my as he was in Fredericksburg She asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I told her frankly after what happened that day, I don't think I will even want to hire them if they were not called by our Property Management company told her that I have no guarantee that this type of unprofessionalism such as them not calling me they will be late will not happen again and I will not want to work my day around it as my days off are important for me tooGiven that our disposal was just jammed, they charged us $for a job that took them less than minutes to finish after arriving at 11:AMNot recommending

She asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I told her frankly after what happened that day, I don't think I will even want to hire them if they were not called by our Property Management company. told her that I have no guarantee that this type of unprofessionalism such as them not calling me they will be late will not happen again and I will not want to work my day around it as my days off are important for me too. Given that our disposal was just jammed, they charged us $105.00 for a job that took them less than 10 minutes to finish after arriving at 11:45 AM. Not recommending.
