Plumbing Pro

We recently had a radiant heat/water heating boiler unit malfunction. [redacted] Diaz, owner of Plumbing Pro, was the only person within 50 miles who would agree to make a service call, as this unit was obsolete and few companies have personnel trained to work on them. Correction: one company agreed to have a an employee familiar with the unit come out after another four days (which would have made it a week for us without heat or hot water). I contacted [redacted] late Monday, he arrived the next morning, was very personable, knowledgeable, quickly solved the problem, and charged us a very fair amount. He had to deal with the home warranty insurance company for authorization of the repair, something no one would want to do, and everything went very smoothly.
