Plumbing Professors

Plumbing professors came to my house by appointment (05-21-18) to hydro jet the tree roots in my sewer line. I was told after one hours work they were unable to complete the hydro jetting because they had forgotten to bring a needed pressure device. I questioned this decision because I had waited three weeks for them to come out,plenty of time to obtain the correct equipment. They offered to snake out the line with convention equipment which was done. As they were leaving my sons car was badly damaged by their trailer as they left. I was told “ these things always happen on Monday” and instructed to call the company for resolution. After multiple calls that went unresolved I was asked to supply a written estimate which was done. One person I spoke to tried to have send the car to a relatives bump shop for repair. The bump shop was a 90 min one way drive from home,very inconvenient as my son needs his car for work and school. After multiple calls this accident has yet to be resolved.

not listening to the customer need;
Job left with a mess and incomplete, not leveled at all;
promised to fix, complete the job, did not show up;
excavation driver has serious issues with people, did the job very fast, and left quick;
Way to expensive, they charged me so much and told me, they gave me discount even, but for the quality that received with a job presentation left it poorly seen and too much hassle not worth it, would not pay that much money. There are other cheaper companies and do better job.
