I have a dumpster that is supposed to be emptied every other week During a period of time from Nov.-Dec.2016-Jan this dumpster was emptied one time Starting the 1st week of JanI called times trying to get it emptied The 1st calls I was told by a woman that they would empty it the next day On the 4th call I told the woman who answered who sounded like the same person as the person on the first calls to either empty it or come and get it It was emptied about days later I refused to pay one months bill as no service was provided and the dumpster was full and could not be used On each succeeding bill this monthly cost is added I have paid for month and not the added one month Each time I explain why I will not pay this amount On July I received a letter telling me to pay the amount or service would be suspended No matter why the dumpster was not emptied I will not pay for a service not received Product_Or_Service: Waste disposa
The company makes a practice of removing cans apparently so that you are forced to buy another when transferring serviceThey contend they do not but this has happened more than once with others I personally knowThey refuse to cooperate and resolve the issueI have had video evidence of the removal and they refuse to address the issueIt is totally incomprehensible that someone would pick up a can along with the items adjacent to it and not touch the other cans set out curbside Also, the company is not consistent with the pick ups and does not notify the customer of changes revolving holidays etc I would rather pay more for good customer service and resolution then settle for less due to cost
