These people are unprofessional and will rip you off. Ordered a toilet handle which is either left handed (standard) or right handed. They had a 50/50 chance of sending the right one, but of course sent me the wrong one. Although I have been a contractor for 20 yrs, they wasted several days of my time arguing about whether it was the wrong item. Handles only work on one side or the other, a 10 yr old could figure it out. After all the hassling, they finally tell me to send it back for refund. When I ask for the return address, they then refuse to accept the return and refund me. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Too many other places to order plumbing supplies

Review: I ordered some replacement parts for my [redacted] one-piece toilet, model #[redacted]. In my order, I bought a "[redacted]. This is the hardware to mount the fill valve to the toilet. I also ordered a replacement fill valve which already contains the necessary hardware to mount the fill valve to the toilet, so the "[redacted] was not necessary. This was not clear from the description of the parts of the parts diagram. Additionally, I ordered a replacement flush valve assembly. The website states that the OEM flush valve assembly (part [redacted]) is replaced by a "will fit" [redacted]. When I received the "will fit" [redacted] and tried to install it, it did not fit my toilet. The "will fit" [redacted] has a compression collar that would not seat at all when fully expanded.After requesting a refund and a shipping label to return these items, I was asked to provide the model number for my toilet so they could confirm the parts. I provided the information but it has now been a couple days with no response.Due to the unclear and incorrect parts list as well as the poor customer service, I am very unhappy with the service from plumbingsupply.com.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the following parts:(2) [redacted] - Parts Bag - #[redacted] - 2" Top Mount Flush Valve with [redacted]r #[redacted]I also want a refund of the shipping charges since had I known the flush valve would not have fit, I would not have ordered from plumbingsupply.com.

The clarity of the parts list was a concern for our customer so we are also making efforts to review our information to make sure it is correct and up to date. We also plan to add more images so that our customers can be as aware as possible about what is included with any purchased items.

I called our customer, Mr. [redacted] to discuss the issue, however I was only able to leave a message. A follow up email has also been sent.

I have received a refund (including the shipping charges) for the items in question and am satisfied that this matter has been resolved.

I ordered a part for an American Standard toilet. It was close to $300. I installed it. It leaked. I had to call a plumber. He said in his 17 years he never had an experience like that with a part (fill valve) that leaked. I returned it. They deducted 15% restocking fee. They should have refunded my purchase price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
