Plumbsmart plumbing was awesome! The gentlemen(Brandon and Mike) who installed our a/c unit were very nice and kept us informed of the progressThey did a great jobBig shout out to Matthew, Conlin and Nick who made sure the job got done quickly and efficiently! I never wrote a review before but I feel that I'm getting no satisfaction from Plumb Smart Company about the problem I'm having with my HVAC unitSince day one, March18, it makes a awful releasing sound when it shuts off my friends comment about it to meI keep the house at degrees like I did with my unitI thought that I would feel cooler but I'm just as uncomfortable now as then and my largest bill in the past was $now it is $I should see a decrease in my electric bill since I went from seer to seerAt times I hear a crunching noise when it shuts off I have not idea what that isToday I was trying to read my book outside and timed the unit going on and off ..on off- am on- off -627am on- off- am on--off am with a crunching noiseI contacted the manager several times and he did send two reps out to reevaluate the unit but basically stated that I had to live with itI spoke to the boss of the company and got no satisfactionThey told me that they would be sending out a rep from Frigidaire but when I call to see when that was happeningI hear that the company is either busy or they received no responseI ask for a update but I never get any return calls I don't even know if I have a Frigidaire A/C because there is no label on either unitOne would think that after paying $10,for units it would be more efficient, quieter, and cost effective

I hired this company to do new tile and carpet throughout my homeAlso to repair holes in wall and paint the bedroomsWell for starters the carpet is separating from the tile at the top and bottom of the stairsSecond the carpet that is surrounding the tile in the hallway is not straight it is crooked and the nails are sticking us in the foot when walking on itThird they painted the my rooms upstairs and washed there paint brushes in my marble sinksNow I have paint in my sinkFourth they took my closet door off the track and tiled it and my closet door now will not fitI was told that this is my problem, that is not expensive to buy another door and cut it downFifth the holes that where suppose to be fixed was just putty over and a flat finishOne hole did not get doneThey sent one person to do this job in the beginning and then the second day a new person came to help outWith is job only due to take days ended up taking daysSo I had to miss another day of workS

I want to say that I have no complaint about the technician or quality of work What troubled me were factors: It took over hours for the technician to arrive- he never called as promised within an hour I was not given advance notice that calls after PM (unless an emergency) are billed at time and a halfI considered mine to be an emergency as the tub's hot water faucet wouldn't turn off which meant I had to turn the water off at the main valve so had no water for over hrs total I called the company after the job was completed to provide my comments; and, was told the $trip charge had been waived (I was never told of that in advance either) I did receive a 10% Senior Discount upon request and made it clear I was pleased with the quality of work and the technician I suggested full disclosure be made regarding trip charges and overtime rates be explained when appointments are scheduled

PlumbSmart gets stars for service and priceYour tech John *** was fantastic at explaining everythingHe showed me photos of the unit in the attic and what was causing the leak and gave me affordable options to address the problemHe went into my attic and found the drain line from my AC unit was clogged with rust and overflowing from the secondary drain pan onto the ceiling and coming down through the bathroom ventIt's a year old Trane and never been serviced but I probably should have had gotten a PlumbSmart $AC Tuand I would have avoided the clogged drain line and leakLuckily it had only been leaking for a few daysThank you PlumbSmart I am putting you guys on speed dial! 5-Star service, I highly recommend PlumbSmart- Dean *

THE Tech Plummer James did a POOR job Fixing a leak be=reaking huge whole in wall and un-stable piping job loose hanging from

I was lookin to purchase a new water heater, a friend of mine mentioned she saw an add in the republic newspaper for plumbsmart with a waterheater starting at $469, which included installation so I called them immediately and a women answered and I told her about the add, her reply was yes but that is just for the water heater and she quoted a much higher priceShe stated that $was just for the water heaterI decided to look it up this morning on internet, again they are advertising that price with install advertising or someone just doesn't know there job

During February 2016, we hired Plumbsmart to install air conditioning at our laundromat It has never worked properly since We are losing customers daily Temps are very high at 90-which is totally unacceptable The unit runs 24/ Initially, at the sales presentation, we were advised to get a 7-ton unit, but we went with the larger 10-ton until to assure cooling capacity Since installation, it is not cooling the building properly We are NOT asking for degree temps would be okay, but is unacceptable at 9:30pm We are upset that Plumbsmart hasn’t done a job properly, or sold us a bill of goods which are not benefiting us We have paid them $13,

Ms [redacted] continues to twist and misrepresent the facts about her experience with my company. She states that the tile didnt arrive til tuesday while Walter had to wait. Fact: monday was our demolition day removing close to 300 square foot of existing tile and addl carpet. Fact: If Walter was waiting on tuesday how did he not know he was to do the job on wednesday. Fact: walter was already tiling on tuesday. Fact: we estimated the job to be done by friday, Walter worked 5 hours on saturday and about an hour on monday morning. We try not to work Sundays. Fact: Ms [redacted] knew and chose to take off work that whole week and could have gone to work no more than 2 hours late on Monday. Ms [redacted] states we cleaned our brushes in her bathroom. These are painters. There is no way and both painters staunchly deny doing something so ludicrous. It is far more reasonable that this was staged to try to justify her story. Last, again, The carpet company refused to deal with her and her bill had to be reduced more than 1000.00 just to get her to pay. If she will bill the original bill then we will be happy to address her legitimate issues

The original bid was for almost 700 sqft of tile. Additionally we had to remove and prepare almost 400 sqft of existing tile. The bid included replacing carpet and painting 2 larger bedrooms including doors and trim and patching numerous drywall holes. See invoice. The carpet was installed for...

under $18.00 a yard which included 1/2 " six pound pad and installation including stairs. The tile/paint price is grossly under what any licensed contractor would charge. I estimated to complete the work in five days. That Friday,the fifth day, we were almost completed, I was five hours off my estimation. Ms. [redacted]'s complaints are inconsiderate for several reasons. One, the whole time she raved about my tile setter and the job he did. Even when I went to get payment in full (no deposit was asked for), she maintained Walt's excellence. Two, the carpet she chose by physically visiting the carpet store I referred to, was denied the day of installation and the installer was sent away. The carpet she chose was the only color and weight available. She claimed it was thicker heavier carpet. Her rudeness to the carpet store owner was so intense that despite my efforts to send his installer back per Ms [redacted]'s wishes, he refused. I successfully got a different carpet installer that next day, Saturday. Third, when I went to get paid Ms. [redacted] refused and told me to take her to court. She mentioned nothing about the carpet. She stated she was satisfied with the tile and loved Walt, but complained about the paint because I didn't re-texture her drywall repairs. The price and the fact that there were an extreme amount of previous patches, was the reason we did not perform that. Despite an incredible price to perform these tasks, I was held hostage to discount our job almost $1000.00 further. I lost money on the job which is Ok but she accepted my discount without me admitting fault and then proceeded to behave this way.

I thought that I would feel cooler but I'm just as uncomfortable now as then and my largest bill in the past was $200.00 now it is $300.00. I should see a decrease in my electric bill since I went from 8 seer to 15 seer. At times I hear a crunching noise when it shuts off I have not idea what that is. Today I was trying to read my book outside and timed the unit going on and off ..on 610 off- 612 am on-622 off -627am on-637 off- 643 am on-653 -off 726 am with a crunching noise. I contacted the manager several times and he did send two reps out to reevaluate the unit but basically stated that I had to live with it. I spoke to the boss of the company and got no satisfaction. They told me that they would be sending out a rep from Frigidaire but when I call to see when that was happening. I hear that the company is either busy or they received no response. I ask for a update but I never get any return calls. I don't even know if I have a Frigidaire A/C because there is no label on either unit. One would think that after paying $10,650 for 2 units it would be more efficient, quieter, and cost effective.

To Whom It May Concern:I [redacted] would like to respond to what was said from Mr. D[redacted]First of all Mr. D[redacted] stated that the job will be done in 5 days Friday April 15, 16. The job was not done until Monday April 18, 16 with Walter and his wife working on Saturday. Walter could not work on Sunday due to he was going to a concert Saturday night. I was okay with me that he left at 3:00 on Saturday. The bid was for was to remove the all the tile and carpet and to lay new tile and carpet. (See Invoice) So there was not anything extra to be removed per Mr. D[redacted] I was told to buy 700 sp. of tile, then they sent someone else out to make sure and that person said to by 1000 sp. of tile. I question that big jump in number and Mr. D[redacted] sent someone else out for to check again. He said 730 sp so Mr. D[redacted] told me to get 750 to be safe. The rooms that where to be painted was painted and it was 2 small holes in the wall that was patched and one in the dining room that they never done. So a total of 2 holes were done. The two in the bedroom that was patch was not textured just painted over. The trim in the bedrooms was not painted so that is other lie. Second Walter did a good job as to the fact he was on the job without the material and just waited for Mr. D[redacted] team to pick up the tile from Mr. Tile on Monday April 11, 16 which they did not pick up until Tuesday April 12, 16. Walter did not know that he was the only one assigned to the job until Wednesday April 13, 16. Mr. D[redacted] sent out a helper that painted the rooms, and he put paint in my marble sinks and down my drain as he washed his paint brushes in my sink. (Please see pics) I told Mr. D[redacted] that I was not happy throughout the week about how my job was going because there was no way that it was going to be on time to finish. Walter also complained about them not telling him that he was to do the job by his self so he complained as well. Walter brought his wife who complained about them making Walter work a job like this on his own. She came to help him finish the job and still it was not finished on time. Some of the tiles needed to be replace due to their hollow and Walter said he had to redo them, but never did them. Some of the tile is not grouted due to he missed some spots trying to get this job done. I had to clean up behind them. I have my closet door that they took out to tile and it does not fit and now im responsible for buying a new one to be cut to size, but it was not like that when he started the job. As far as the carpet that was a big mess and I know what I choose at the carpet place and what the sales guy said to me and my husband. The people that Mr. D[redacted] had put in the carpet left nails sticking up and the carpet was cut uneven at the doors to meet up with the tile. So our feet get stuck when you walk on the carpet. So as far as the price being grossly under what any licensed contractor would have charged, they would have done a better job with my house. I still paid for my own paint and tiled and Mr. D[redacted] is acting like he paid for it out of his pocket. I had to miss 6 days of work to get this job done. The overall issue is that they job was done poorly. Walter is good at what he does and I give him that but under the gun to finish a job that started wrong is impossible.

Very disappointed to say that I chose this company in good faith that they were going to at the very least be communicative and responsive to my plumbing issue that I was having. I even directly spoke to the owner a couple of times and he seemed like a great, honest guy. We had a great conversation and I told him that if your company did well, that I would certainly recommend them and write a good review on here, apparently that wasn't enough for his staff to be motivated and show their quality service.

On multiple (4) occasions I had to call them back when they told me that they were going to call me in 15 minutes, etc. I persistently wanted to get this job done and move on but they did not act proactive whatsoever. There even was a miscommunication where they thought the job was finished when it really wasn't. They told me they were going to call me back...never did. I then decided to choose [redacted]. Maybe they thought that this job would be too time consuming or maybe they didn't have the man power to work on a job that was going to be lengthy one? I don't know. Nevertheless I was very disappointed with their customer service and their overall lack of caring. They just didn't care simply put.

Appalling service. Charged 3 times more than the last plumber who provided the same service while their website trumpets over & over how they have the lowest price. Then when the issue reocurred just 1 week later they would not come out & make it right without charging me full price again. Last plumber who perfumed the same service lasted 2.5 years. Obviously they did not do the job right in the first place and to b to it off would not stand behind their work. To take advantage of a senior in that way--it's unforgivable.

Review: I received an advertisement in the mail (All kitchen and bathroom plumbing) prices 30% to 40%

below other plumbing services. If that;s not low enough, name your own price. No trip charges. I

called and made an appointment for Friday 11/15/13 at 9AM. I spoke to a female and told her I had 2 small problems (kitchen faucet that had a small leak at the conection on the sink surface, and the toilet float may need to be replaced) The serviceman came at 8:55AM, I showed him the problem

in the kitchen, he removed the faucet by hand an took off the washer. Stated that he needed to replace the washer. I then showed him the toilet (flushed it) and he stated it needed a new float.

He checked his truck and told me he didn't have the parts needed, and said he would be right back. He returned in 10 or 12 minutes (there is an [redacted] store just minutes away) with the parts. He put the new washer on the kitchen faucet, screwed the faucet back on and it worked fine.

He then took off the old float and clipped the new one on the toilet box, flushed the toilet, and it seemed to be fine. Both jobs were completed without any tools (just bare hands). He then went out to his truck and wrote the bill. The bill indicated $10.96 for parts, $105.00 for labor and $7.00

for sales tax. I questioned the labor charge (showed him the advertisement) and he just got angry,

mutterd that people want everything for nothing. I asked him to call his office, he said he was in a hurrey. I wrote out the check, refused to sign the bill, wrote wrong price for the labor charge, and he left at 9:40AM. 45 minutes total, including the time to go and get the parts. I immediately called the office number, spoke to a female, told her my problem. She told me the manager was out and would be back around noon. I asked for a call back (she asked me what the best time would be and I said 4PM. I never receiced a call back, Friday, Saturday or Monday. With no call back from [redacted] the manager, I stopped payment on my check (cost to me $30.00) at [redacted].Desired Settlement: I request a call back from someone in management, to discuss a partial refund of the labor charges.

Then the agreed re-billing mailed to me, and I will submit a new check for the agreed ammount.

I will be contacting Mr. [redacted] asap to discuss the matter. It is my highest priority to make sure all people are satisfied. I am sure industry wide there would be smiles on the faces of other service owners regarding this complaint. Mr [redacted] states we showed up exactly on time, diagnosed his problem, retrieved the necessary parts, repaired them efficiently, and charged alittle over a hundred dollars with a full warranty by a licensed plumber. Does this seem unfair to anyone at the [redacted]. Lets take a survey. It costs me 43.00 minimum to just show up even to give a free estimate. Mr [redacted] fails to mention that he did not dispute the price prior to receiving service. We always give an exact quote on the labor prior to commencing work. Nevetheless, my customers are never wrong even when they are, so I will contact Mr. [redacted] and ask him to tell me what he would like to be refunded. I will not refund his stop payment. He called one time to a very busy growing (because of our low prices) plumbing company and then elected to cost himself thirty dollars. I appreciate the [redacted]

First in his complaint, to repeat, he states we arrived on time and fixed his two problems. This is simply about the price. 115.00 for a licensed plumber to come to his home and fix his problem. He signed an invoice agreeing to the price and satisfaction. The he breaks his committment by stopping payment on his check. I will be proceeding to small claims for thrice the restitution asap. Please research comparable charge analysis for my industry. Classic customer wants something for nothing

After speaking with the owner of [redacted] the first time, I had to get service through my

[redacted]. The licensed plummer came out, diagnosed the problem, then went to the [redacted] manufacture to get the correct part.

They also fixed the pipes under the sink, that had been damaged when [redacted] tried to fix the problem. I detaile all this in a letter to Mr [redacted] on 12/9/13. In the letter I stated that I wouldn't contact the [redacted], regarding amending my complaint. I just wanted to put this unfortunate circumstance behind me and move forward. I also stated that if Mr [redacted]

wanted to pursue his threats of me for complaining, that I would contact the AG's office and file a complaint, and also file a complaint with Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Where

[redacted] service took 40 minutes, the contractor sent by [redacted] took 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. I'm satisfied and paid $100. for the work. As I

stated in my letter, if I don't hear from Mr [redacted] again. I will just drop the entire matter. If he wants to pursue legal action, I'll be forced into doing the same. All over

an aggressive service rep, trying to patch a problem and run. Shame on Mr [redacted], having

someone like that represent him.
