I attached the letter [redacted]...

sent me. I had several text and emails too but I cant find them right now. I also spoke with the Vet who done the surgery and the vet that treated Samson. I was told the surgery went fine. Samson was discharged to the care of the [redacted] family. The vet clinic that cared for Samson never did a parvo test just told Mrs. [redacted] it looked like parvo. A necropsy was never done to determine cause of death. Mrs [redacted] herself had surgery and could not take care of the dog personally at the time. The dog was sick for a couple days before she received treatment for Samson. Samson died from a surgical infection witch a breeder is not in control of it would be her vet and herself. She was in charge of taking care of Samson post-op not me. She is a nurse and should of known the symptoms of infection and got care sooner.
I did sale her a puppy with a hernia . I disclosed the issue as soon as it appeared . I had puppy examined by a local vet and was told it could be fixed with the neutering. I discounted the pup the amount that a hernia repair with neutering would cost.
I sold the pup Samson with a warranty but the warrant does state a necropsy needs done to determine cause of death to be hereditary. I did sale my Newfoundlands  . I had an issue with the male not wanting to breed natural. The mother of Samson I gave back to the family that I got her from . The family had ran into hard times asked me If I would keep her until they could get back on their feet. In return I could breed her to pay for her care and upkeep.
As for the supplements I do give out a month sample. If Mrs. [redacted] would of came out to the kennel to pick up the pup like most people do she would of gotten them. She called and asked me if I would meet her because we were getting a storm and her husband works for the snow removal service for their area. I did forget them at home and got busy with all the other pups leaving. I forgot to mail them. I also tell my clients that I will take picture if I have time. First priority is care of the pups, socializing the pups. I also am a mother and wife who at the time was still working as a nurse. So please forgive me for being busy and not sending pictures every week or emailing me back within 24 hours.

Review: This is an AKC registered dog kennel. The woman who owns it claims to sell high-quality pups golden retrievers &Newfoundlands. I bought a 1200$ dog from her on nov of 2013. After selecting my pup, paying 200$ deposit, she promises photos and weekly updates of pup,I got nothing for over a month, then I get a message my pup has an umbilical hernia, but it is no big deal. I have no edu on this & figure she does, so I go with it.Get my puppy & am told he needs supplements to keep him healthy, she includes his 1st month but forgot them so she will mail them to me, never got them, contacted her 2 weeks later as[redacted] if they were mailed, "no I forgot" and never heard another word. When my pup was 4 months old I had to take him to the vet for a skin infection he developed for no apparent reason and at 6 mons my pup died after having his hernia that was no big deal repair and getting neutered, I was told by a vet trying to save his life that he had an immunodeficiency and that has vaccinations had failed him, he contracted what he was certain was parvo and couldn't fight the infection. The breeder was generous enough to offer me a replacement pup when she had one available for the cost of vaccination and stud fee- quoted me $400. She failed to mention she was not going to have any more puppies due to no longer owning the mother, father of my pup, and due to poor health of the female she did have. The breeder offers a 1yr health guarantee and brags on her blood line, however, after tal[redacted] to my vet she felt she couldn't honor it because it couldn't be 100% proven that he was immunodeficient. She instead was bragging to me about how my vets claimed to say they would recommend her as a breeder and that they also told her she did me a huge favor offer me a puppy for 400$. when in fact the vet said any breeder he knew would make it right just to keep their good name. This breeder is highly unprofessional when it comes to humans! Can only handle it when she doesn't have to honor her good health contracts.Desired Settlement: I want people to know what kind of dog breeder she is. I lost out on closed to 4,000$ when all is said and done. This woman tormented me as a customer stating that I was being ungrateful for what she offered me,I was ta[redacted] advantage of HER for expecting a puppy or refund. No tests can be proven since my pup is dead, but she treats people very poorly, unless she is ma[redacted] the sale initially! knows just what to say to get the puppy sold, just hope you don't have issues later on, she disappears!
