Review: Plumline knowingly or unknowingly sold me a bottle of fungicide that had previously been open and dispensed. It was the only bottle on the shelf. I know this because this chemical liquid did not have the protective seal under the sprayer attachment and about 2 inches of product was missing. When I responded to their email setting up a date and time for a site visit, I mentioned the previously opened bottle of liquid chemical. Since notifying them-----I have been blown off.The remedy I seek is either a new bottle of fungicide or my money back.Thank you,Desired Settlement: Refund or new bottle of fungicide
