Re: *** ***Case#*** To whom it may concern, We have contacted *** *** and explained to her that her replacement request for a personalized atlas key chain was denied because it was beyond our day return policy After speaking with her we did issue a one time
courtesy replacement and also reiterated and explained our policy And for any future returns that our policy is days for replacements and returns Let us know if any further action needs to be taken in this matter. Thank you VickyCustomer Service Dept

We are responding to the letter we received from you in regards to a complaint given to you from an April *. S[redacted]. We would like to clear up a few things from our end of this complaint. On July 13 , we received an call through customer service from a Summer [redacted] She indicated...

that she had ordered two items from April S[redacted] and had written her a check for the merchandise and had never received them.  She then stated that she had Asked April about her order and April told her that she had spoken to our customer service several times and that we had lost her order. She was getting tired of waiting on April, so she called us to get to the bottom of it.When we pulled up Aprill S[redacted] orders there were no orders for the items that Summer had ordered on April's sight.  We tried several times to get ahold of April to see what the issue was so that we could get the items ordered for Summer and  get them shipped to her. We needed April to make the order and pay for it, because Summer had given April the money, not Plunder Design. April's phone number had been disconnected. We then called her up line stylist to see if she had a number on hand for April. She did not , so she said she would try and Facebook her and have her call the office. April did call us and we explained that Summer had called us. We also told her the same thing we had told Summer, that our records showed no order placed and no payment history in our system from April for the items Summer had ALREADY PAID April for. April said she must have forgotten to order them.  We then told her we could go ahead and order those for her but would need her to provide some kind of payment . She called back later with a credit card number to pay for those items. We charged the card for the total it would be with shipping and taxes and emailed April that we had charged her card and the amount, of 28.35. April then emailed back saying that the check was only for 17.12. We then  then called April back and between us we figured out she had not charged Summer taxes or shipping when she took Summers check. April requested the difference of 11.23 paid back to her card. Which we did do, even though it was April's mistake when she told Summer the total to write her.April then called Customer service and stated that her Up line Stylist was saying untrue things about her and could we please tell her to stop. The office manager then called the Stylist and asked her if this was the case and she denied saying anything about April.April then sent an email stating she just wanted her name taken off our records as a stylist and she would like her money back. We told her that would be more than willing to refund her card but we would need the starter kit returned with all of the merchandise before we could refund her card. She then stated that she didn't have all of it to return .   We tried multiple times through email , and through phone calls to get this straightened out calmly and professionally. We have done everything on our part, even refunded and paid for out of our pocket, the total amount for Summers order. I don't feel like we have in any way handled this wrong. We have bent over backwards to try and make things right with April. April S[redacted] had never paid for the order that Summer S[redacted] had paid her for, to Plunder Design. It is no where in our system. And with the refund we gave her back. The total for Summer S[redacted] order, of 28.35, She actually made 17.12 off of our merchandise.  We have all the emails and documents on file to back up what we have stated. Feel free to contact us with any more questions or concerns.Plunder Peeps[redacted]@plunderdesign.com[redacted]Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

We have been trying to contact this customer via email and phone.  We have left messages and emails with no response.  We will continue to reach out to her so we can resolve any issues she is having.  Thank you  Vicky801-800-8638

I paid for the kit, so I shouldn't have to return it to be removed. Take my information off ypur back office.
