Review: We paid for a new furnace to be installed in our home in November 2016 By Plunger's Plumbing and heating. We have called with multiple issues with the installation of the furnace since that time. First the tape seams blew off a few days after being installed and there was hot air blowing into the basement. The vent was not vented outside according to code regulation and they had to come back out to fix that and the filter was also not made accessible, and there was a hose hooked up by them in front of the filter so that there was no way for us to be able to change the filter. The next problem that we found that needed fixed was that the thermostat was never wired correctly and was constantly running the furnace even if the temperature was correct. [redacted] had to come over to our home and shut off the gas in the winter when we had no furnace until these issues could be addressed. After resolving these issues, recently since the weather had been nicer, I tried to turn on the AC unit which would not work. Then we found that the AC unit was never hooked up into the furnace and the wire was rolled into a ball and hanging on the wall exposed with no cover. I then contacted Plunger's plumbing and they told be that a new person was the one who originally installed our furnace, I asked them to please make this issue right since we had already paid for their service in full. They then hung up the phone on me and told me to find someone else.Desired Settlement: I have contacted [redacted]o help us with this issue since Plunger's Plumbing and heating has REFUSED to come back to fix our furnace that was never installed correctly to begin with. I would either like a refund for the costs of the repairs that we expect to be charged by the new servicer Boyer or a refund of the labor work since the furnace was never installed properly
