Review: I brought my car here for an oil change, a gentlemen advised I needed the water pump replaced asap before I damage the motor/transmission. I brought it back 2wks later to get the work done, it was a Saturday, I droped it off at 12pm, I was told it would be ready in max 2hrs. 3.5 hrs in I get a call from [redacted] stating they had a little problem and they needed additional time, he would contact me when my car was ready (he did not state the nature of the problem). Once I picked my car up almost 5.5 hrs later [redacted] advised my car was perfect, like new nothing to worry about. I leave the shop and my windows do not roll down automatically, sunroof does not open, radio stations were deleted. I thought it was normal due to the car getting fixed. An hour later my car starts over heating, shacking, engine light on. The shop was already closed, I called the next business day (Monday) I sent the car in for them to check it and they advise me I had blown headgaskets! which I dont understand how if I got a new water pump to PREVENT blown heads. They stated they didnt "look into that" othrerwise they wouldnt have fixed the pump, I paid [redacted] for the water pump & now they were chanrging me a "special price" of [redacted] to fix my headgaskets. they kept my car for more than a wk! when they had said it was a 3 day work MAX. When I picked my car up [redacted] seemed NERVOUS/UNSURE of the outcome. Stated I now had an electrical problem and he didnt know how that happened, and if my car Over heated to contact them again. Why would he say that if it was supposed to be fixed and run like NEW. My car still shakes, runs with pressure, feels like something in the hood is dragging, it turns off while driving. Ive had my car for over 6yrs and never had any problems. I bring it to this shop for repairs and they improperly repaired my car, it was returned in a much worse condition than what it was. I believe the Excessive time this shop took to "repair" my car was because they infact Damaged my car.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund due to the matter that my car was left in a worse condition and I will have to pay else where for all additional repairs because this place damaged my car. I would ask for the shop to REPAIR MY CAR, however I have no intrest in taking my car here again.

Review: Request a basic tune up and a review of my car because the check engine light was on. The next day I return to my car that has a sound when powered on it did not show when I leave it for service. The person who served me told me that the drive or chains are damaged and charged me extra to fix that problem. My car to my point of view was damaged at the time of the inspection and tune up the engine check. I remove my car from that workshop and pay for services. By bringing my car to a second workshop with photographs I reaffirmed my car had been damaged by the people of the first workshop. Back again to the first establishment to seek a possible arrangement between us two weeks and so far have not been communicated ago.Desired Settlement: I hope to recover the money paid to them because it was a bad job on his part and covering me additional expenses caused me to harm my car, such are, crane to move it to a second location and posterios repairs I had to pay for the damage caused to my car.
