I am sorry that the complainant felt that she was treated "horribly" or "second class," but I do not believe that to be accurate in anyway I also do not agree with the time frames and statements cited in her complaint and have documentation to substantiate that she was processed processed quickly, though not with the outcome she desired When she identified another property to be considered for, we notified the Redmond office immediately, but they were already processing another application that was submitted prior to her asking to apply for it We are pleased she was approved and found a home elsewhere, and wish her no ill will The application screening fee is non refundable and she was screened indeed so these monies were fully earned and will not be refunded

PLUS Property Management manages homes for individual investors and works directly with owners to solve any issues that may impact the propertyWe are not authorized to remove trees that are not owned by PLUS Property Management. This property is owned by a private individual and as mentioned
in the complaint PLUS Property Management promptly contacted the owner of the tree to request that the tree be removed, this request was denied. As the property management company we do not have authority to alter any portion of the property without prior owner approval. PLUS Property Management did not promise that the tree would be removed, we only offered assistance with communicating the neighbor's complaint to the owner of the property we manage

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:the response that was given was a complete lie. The time frame at which they claimed was quick in regards to finding me a place was inacurrate. I spent 5 weeks waiting. I asked numerous times to be put through to the owner which never happened. They had absolutely poor communications with me. I had to email or call 4 times before receiving responses on 3 different occasions. This business did not find me a place. I went to a different management company, applied, and that day I was approved with NO cosigner (which plus said I needed) and they found me a place that day! So in one day, at a different management company, I was approved with no cosigner and had a home. I was on my fifth week, still waiting, and with no response, after several attempts to contact the owner. That is not adequate timing. That is not good communication. That is not good business practices. I want my screening fre back for not being treated fairly and for not being found a place, even when I was told I was first on it which should have resulted in my approval and getting it since my cosigner was approved at that point. Yet, after being told I was first on a property, I then was told I was second. That is descrimination and not fair housing act! I want my money returned.
