BEWARE!
FALSE ADVERTISING! CON ARTISTS! SCAMMERS! Product received does not look like the picture on their site. Would not give refund or send replacement item. BEWARE!

I ordered a hoodie, 2 jackets & some jewelry all for Christmas. Tracking is bogus. It seems to never get to USPS. The say their company is in Florida, however the 1 piece of "free" jewelry I got for my large order did show up.. Very cheap metal and it was shipped from China. None of the rest of my $180.00 order has shown up and tracking info is No good

I purchased a black iPhone 6plus wallet with (8) slots for credit cards and (1) viewable panel for a drivers licenseThe wallet is well made except that all of the inner linings that hold the credit cards in place became un-glued and no longer hold the cards in their separate slots Therefore the wallet is not useful for me any more
I emailed the company (3) times and got the standard response promising to get back to meSo far they have not responded other than to send me more marketing emails trying to sell me more goodsI will not purchase any more goods from Pluto

I ordered a sweater from this company on December 7th and still haven't received itIt is now Dec They keep coming up with excuses so I hope I will get the product but I hope others learn from my mistakes

Placed order in April, said it may take wksI didn't receive anything so I emailed them and they claimed it was lost and would remail and take 2-wksIt has been another month and I still haven't received anythingI emailed and demanded a refund

Ordered advertised product. Never received it. Order was placed on 11/23/2018. Below is the statement in the email of the estimated shipping times. "On specialty and giveaway (free) items, please allow up to 3-5 weeks delivery time due to high demand and production for US delivery." This item was a "free" giveaway item charging roughly $10USD in shipping. On 12/30/18 I contacted the seller wondering where my product was as it had been 2 days past the estimated 5 week delivery period. Their response was as follows: "We apologize that you have not received your order yet. This item has been backordered. We'll try to send it out as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once it's shipped. Thank you for your patience." I responded with my frustration that after 5 weeks it had not even shipped yet. Their response was as follows: "We were sorry for the inconvenience.Please allow 3-6 weeks for US delivery and 5-7 weeks for international delivery." By this time, it was then 01/06/19, past the (now suddenly different) 6 week time period for US delivery. I expressed that I would let it slide if I could get it by 01/10/19 as that was the day before the event I specifically purchased the item for. Their response on 01/14/19: "We are sorry to hear you did not receive the order. If you like, we can send you a new item. however that may take 3-6 weeks. Will that be fine with you?" It is now 01/15/19... SEVEN AND A HALF WEEKS later. I still do not have my item.

I ordered a sweater on 11/29 and was told 2-3 weeks for shipping. This was to be a Christmas gift and it's 12/28 and still no sweater and no valid tracking # to know where it is even at. I've requested a refund and am waiting to see how long it takes to get it. At this point, I don't even want the merchandise.

This business is selling knock offs of original, copy-writed artwork. They are taking designs made by local artists who sell them on T-Shirts and as their own jewelry (an as an official symbol on a webpage) and make cheap alloy copies without permission of the artists. No money or royalties are being paid to them and they refuse to admit guilt.

This is intellectual property theft. Buying from them is stealing from local, small artists and artisans.

Do not use this company. I decided to order something on their website and then cancelled the very next day when I decided I did not want it . I have sent four (4) cancellation notices however they keep sending me confirmation notices. So it is not very well run, and they took my money which of course I disputing. Stay away from them.

I placed an order on October 31st. As of December 19th I still have not received the sweater. The tracking number they gave me shows no movement since November 14th. (at that time it just said ready for processing) They refuse to give me a refund stating they show the item "in transit"
