I supported on Kickstarter and been happy with the products. BUT, I my Legion Solar system has been down for over a year. The system stopped generating any power, after extensive diagnosis over and extended time, I determined with some help from support that one key component failed, (the Solar Regulator). I sent it in to PLX Devices- Legion Solar in January 2025 for warranty/replacement. I received an email stating that the solar regulator "had been added to our inspection queue and one of our techs would be working on it soon". In February 2025 sent a email requesting a status update. I was told that my device had not been looked because no repair parts were available and that best guess was repair could not start until new inventory came in in maybe a couple of months. I when to Legion Solar order page and attempted to buy a new solar regulator. NO indication on order page that the part was unavailable. I was told in March 2025 that new inventory was due at end of summer. At end of August 2025 I again attempted to order a new Solar Regulator. I told that now new inventory would be in at end of Winter (Does that mean February 2026 or maybe never?). I am very disappointed with Legion Solar parts support.

I have backed several of their products on Kickstarter and none of them have failed to deliver the product I did receive one product that was DOA, and it did take a bit of time to get it replaced, but they did replace it without charge I have two of their backup batteries (two different sizes) and their flashlight product All work great and better than similar products that I have from other vendors
