Plymouth Meeting Family Dental

Review: I received an ad from Plymouth Meeting Family Dental that you could get a checkup and cleaning for $59.00 for new patients. I went for the cleaning and checkup and paid the $59.00. They asked me to make another appointment because I needed two fillings and work for gum disease. I was not sure if I believed that I really needed additional dental work. I was very uncomfortable and never went back. At that time the balance was paid in full. About 5 weeks later they sent me a bill for $634. It was for another day having some additional dental work. I was never at the office on the day of the additional charge of $634. They sent me a bill for additional dental work that never happened. I did not have any work done after the day I went for a cleaning and checkup. They sent me a bill for $635 for work that I never had done on a day that I was not at that office.Desired Settlement: I want them to remove any charges for work that was not done. I was only there one time on 6/4/13 for a cleaning and checkup. The balance was paid in full $59. I never went back again.I want them to remove the charge of $634 for something - I don't know what -on 6/11/13. I was not there and did not get that work done. Thank you,[redacted]
