This customer is on his 3rd loan with us, he signed paperwork when opening his loan and gave us the references with
names and phone numbers to call if we couldn't get ahold of himTo date he was due to pay in June has not been in, ignores our phone calls, now has blocked our callsSince June Ref #contact times,Ref #times, Ref #time, Ref #times, Ref #timesALL have been okay with giving him a message, none have asked us not to callWe have verified his employment to start garnishing his wages due to lack of communication, he has not called with questions about a settlement to ANY officeOn 6/30/he said he was having a credit place take over, he said on7/07/he deposited the money and would get us paid, on 07/21/15the credit place called and said would should receive payments of $every month, 9/he said he was waiting on his payment from credit place, 8/he said he was trying to get something figured out9/he said he was still trying to figure something out, 10/he said he would start paying tomorrow, That was the last phone call he took our calls, he has now blocked the calls and refuses to call us back when messages are leftHe signed an arbitration agreement when opening his account stating he agreed that we would use any legal means necessary to collect his payment if he decided to not make his payments on timeWe have made no threatsWe have simply stated we need him to come in and take care of his account before it goes into collectionsNow we are clearing him for garnishment of his wages to take care of his owed amount, which will go through court proceedings in the County in which he opened the loanHis references have not asked to be contacted they have actually all been really helpful in giving him messages and telling us where we can get ahold of himHe has not contacted corporate office at all, nor has his asked for anyone else to contact himThis customer simply has to have communication with us for us to not proceed with legal action

I have retained legal services and will go through with court proceedingsI also have informed my employment about wage garnishment and I am not going to work until this is overBankruptcy will be considered against this creditorMy references have now been notified to not allow calls from them anymoreI have also contacted other agencies that are looking into this complaint

I have been directed by legal counsel to not correspond with this business and to file complaints with other agencies,as I will pursue my consumer rights,and have this business investigated furtherI also will pursue legal action if necessaryThe FTC will also be doing a follon my complaint around December 20th
