While we apologize for the inconvenience and experience, after reviewing the...
service documentation and diagnosis performed I am confident our technician actions were justified. It is clear that [redacted] disagrees with that based on additional issues being present. With that said, we are happy to refund the labor and travel portion of the work performed. The $167.17 for the engine starter motor that was replaced as part of Accepted Quote [redacted] dated 11/30/2016 however, will not be refunded unless returned to PM Technologies. If [redacted] chooses to return the starter, we respectfully request that the new starter is returned to us, not the original starter that [redacted] has had independently certified. If these terms are agreeable, PM Technologies will credit [redacted] either $538.20 if he keeps the starter, or $361.00 if he chooses to return the starter.
