I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
I have tried numerous times to get in touch with M*** myself as to which he has not answered or returned any of my callsI am upset because there was a relabeled transmission put in the $47,truck I just purchasedI was told there were no new transmissionsDodge also told me I did not have to accept the used transmissionI was then told by the service department at my local dodge dealer that their district manager said to go ahead with the used transmissionI have been in contact with C*** T*** from Lake Keowee Dodge and explained what was going onHe said he would relay the information to M***No one ever reached back out to me or helped me to a resolutionI was also charged over $2,for a portfolio fee that Dodge says I shouldn't be charged for since it was for a warranty that comes with the vehicleI am overall very unhappy and would like a resolutionI was sold a dangerous product and have charges that were never explained to me.
Regards,
K*** H***

Regards,
L*** T*** First of all when you came back with that number I said it was to high that I couldn't do thatThen you asked what could I do and we gave our highest number when you went back to see what you could do, in which before you did that we asked how many times will yall pull our credit because again we are also going through getting land and house built through the **. That's when yall said we only pull credit once and send it to your bank. Secondly yall are the ones that said yall pulled credit once and your bank pulled it onceIn fact I have proof of pulls that shows under Lake Keowee, then addition from other banks. So I will tell you what is unacceptable is you tell your costumers one thing and when it shows up something different yall don't take the responsibility for it. It's funny how people heard the same exact thing but yet we are suppose to be the liars, that's crazy

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this
resolution is satisfactory to me if they in fact refund the money as promisedI did not send my letter to an email address in order to cancel the GAP insuranceThe contract clearly states thisI sent a certified letter to their place of business.

The dealership offered to fix the car to safely carry my son's wheel chair The fix was not suitable because the car is unstable at highway speeds The first time we tried to travel on the interstate with the wheel chair on the car, the front was to unstable to driver for any distance safely We got off the interstate at the first possible chanceMany of his doctors are in ***, Ga and ***, SC and his school in ***, SC, all of which require speeds in excess of mphto travel to them When we purchased the car it was for the specific purpose of transporting our son, we even had the automobile put in mine and his name so it would qualify for the handicapped licensed plate The dealership even installed the class hitch and running boards when we first purchased it, which they insured us would make this vehicle suitable for transporting our son and his wheel chair We can not afford to purchase another vehicle to do this until this one is paid forSo, what is our next step to getting this resolved? Our current vehicle that we have been using for carrying him and his chair is getting old and has high mileage, this one was suppose to take it's place Thank you for any help you can furnish

Regards,
L*** T*** Like I told them, we were told that they would pull our credit times why did they pull it different times at banks in **, **, and they are not under just banks. I also told them to prove to me by pulling their own individual credit score times in the same day that it doesn't drop a credit score more than points. Which none of them wanted to do but instead they just want to keep telling me the same thing it doesn't drop your score that muchWe also talked with one of the other bureau's and they told us that the business can go back in and request inquiry be taken off which they said they would do but haven't cause they thought we would just let this whole thing go

We have contacted Chrysler concerning this and they have advised us to reinforce the springs, We have and it helped correct the issueI don't mind helping out the customer but he cant receive full value back for the vehicle he purchased years ago

We have went over this with the customerWe sent to the banks that he approvedIt would not drop his score that muchHe can request removal of the inquiries through the separate bureaus and they will send us a requestYour credit score would not drop over points due to inquiries
