Review: I was contacted about a month ago by reps of PMCO Services,Inc. pertaining to getting into the Silver market, purchasing leveraged Silver. The company notified me about a week ago that they lost their financing and they were retuning $19,000 out of my original $31,000 cash plus $24,000 of precious metal gold , silver, platinum, and other collectable coins. I was very upset, I've been trying to contact them all week only to get voice-mail! I believe I've been defrauded!!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money and precious metals back, I've been defrauded of over $55,000. they need to be prosecuted!!!

At this time, I have been contacted directly by PMCO Services Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This company has stlen $11,000 cash and $24,000 worth of precious metals and bullion that was (supposedly) being held as collateral for a leveraged purchase of silver bullion! I believe I was ripped off and defrauded! If any one else has had similar experiences with this company I would be very interested in hearing from you for the express purpose of tracking them down and holding them accountable for their illegal actions.

Review: I paid $5000 for silver bullion. The initial investment was then sold (without my approval) for a loss. I was then promised 100 Silver American Eagles on June ** and I have not received them yet. In attempting to contact PMCO, the two phone numbers I had been using (for [redacted] my broker, and [redacted]?, the compliance officer) were no longer in service. Their email address was no longer valid, and their website domain name was sold to another precious metals company based in Chicago. They took my money and disappeared from the face of the earth.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $5000, or, the delivery of my 100 Silver American Eagles as promised. I would also like someone from the firm to contact me to discuss this issue and provide an explanation for what is currently a mystery.
