I agree with everyone else... Same thing happened to me. I spent money on their product and then pmdg paul gollnick decided to block me as a customer, and proceded to ripp me off by not refunding me what I spent.
In the end I neded up with nothing and they both ryan and paul ended up profiting by ripping me off. This paul person works for delta airlines in maintenance control, someone should reach his employer!. After all hi offers delta airlines themes on his products

CEO of PMDG Simulations, [redacted], has blocked access to my products and refused to return them for a false accusation of piracy.At 9:25pm GMT on 28th November 2013, I opened a ticket (number [redacted]) with PMDG asking why my account had been locked. I received a reply at 12:27am GMT on 3rd December 2013, saying that I had "Advocated, promoted or suggested piracy as a method for individuals to obtain PMDG software." I have never used piracy to obtain PMDG software. He asked for my opinion but also implied that he wouldn't listen to it. I replied, giving him my contact details, and after reviewing the EULA and my actions by 8th December 2013 at 12:54am GMT he made an odd reply, implying that I had an intention to upload a product called the PMDG 777-200LR/F to [redacted]. I replied, trying to iron out any misunderstandings, a couple hours after. Ten days later, on the 18th December 2013 at 8:14pm, I replied asking whether there was any update. I again replied on the 22nd December at 5:17pm, the 23rd December at 9:38pm, and the 26th December at 9:10pm. [redacted] or anybody else has refused to reply to me or even do so much as close the ticket. I have no access to my products, as there is no other way to obtain the product keys then access my accounts order history.Desired SettlementI am requesting for my account to either be unlocked and for me to be given full access to my products, or for the account to remain locked and for me to be refunded the sum of every product that I had purchased on the account under the name of [redacted], or for my purchases to be transferred to the account under the name of [redacted]. At the very least, I request a reply to ticket number [redacted].

Last I Purchased few itemsI'm a commercial pilot from American Airlines I NEED TO PRACTICE!!I did this transactions in order to practice in my own flight simulator.This airplanes cost $90.00 plus other updates that cost $30.00 in order to download this in my computer.Now the problem is that I'm able to download the product but the registration is limited ed.They own the registration and after few wrong registrations this planes will not work again because they own the registration. I purchased software from PMDG Simulations LLC Approximately 14 days ago in the amount of $89.00. As soon as I downloaded the software and initiated it I discovered that there was an important element missing. (2d panel). There was nothing on their website that mentioned anything about this element not being included with this release. If there were, I would have never purchased the software. I immediately dispatched an email to their support desk and explained the situation to them. Long story short, We had established communications for a week and other than a couple of ideas that I was not aware of, all I got was how great this software was without the 2d panel. I applied what was suggested and then discovered that the performance with the software was horrible and after some research, this has been reported numerous times. I have purchased other software from this company and have had no problems with it, what so ever. The last email I received was from the President of the company [redacted] and he basically stated that I was throwing a tantrum. All communication was broken off from this point. Apparently PMDG does not know what customer service should be, due to the lack of offering any resolutions. No customer should have to spend a week emailing over and over on a brand new product. PMDG misrepresented the software by excluding the fact the elements were not included in this release and that the performance was far below their other products.Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI feel I have been misled and I purchased software that is useless to me and in fact I have removed it from my system. I request a full refund of $89.00 and I will never utilize this company in the future.
