We have received this complaint, and reviewed our contact management database to identify who may have been calling Mr. [redacted], and at what frequency they may have been contacting him.  In running a search of our database we could find no one with the name [redacted] or [redacted]....

 We also ran a search on Mr. [redacted]'s phone number and email address and found no matches in our system.  Additionally, we asked our staff if anyone has been contacting Mr. [redacted], and found that no one has been trying to contact him.As a result of the above investigation, we believe that Mr. [redacted] has potentially issued a complaint against the wrong company, because we have no contact information for Mr. [redacted], so would have no way to call him multiple times per day as indicated in the complaint.If Mr. [redacted] has any other names he goes by or telephone numbers that he has been receiving calls on that he believes to be from PMG, we would be happy to run those through our system to ensure that the calls he is receiving are not coming from our company.Otherwise, we request that this complaint against PMG be withdrawn and directed to the correct company, since we have no record of and no way to contact Mr. [redacted] as outlined in the complaint.Please feel free to contact me with any questions.Thank you,Amy [redacted]PMG, Inc.Tel: ###-###-####Email: a[redacted]@pmgroup1.com
