Review: I contacted room rental on September **, 2013 and spoke with [redacted] and asked if he can provide me with the service I need before I pay him $150.00, to search for at least 4 rooms a day until I'm satisfied. He said yes come to his office, as of today I looked at one room I didn't like and the building is not livable, I called [redacted] numerous times and all he says is he will send me an address to go to, that was since yesterday. He has not lived up to his agreement an I would not have paid him $150.00 if I knew he was not going to be of good service to me. I also told him I needed the room by September **, 2013, I am not satisfied at all of his service and very stressed because I have to be out of the apartment by September [redacted].Desired Settlement: A full refund of $150.00 so I can go to a business that will give me good customer service.

Sorry [redacted] but [redacted] and PMG Real Estate is not affiliated. He rents a desk here and has his seperate license for room rentals. You need to call him and figure it out. Thanks.

Review: when I was shown this apt I live in I was told it was a clean, no noise building, with a friendly super. Well this is a nasty dirty building, with a nasty super and loud music from every corner. I have called 311 a dozen times and counting, I have taken pictures of the buildings nasty dirty halls, the front door has never seen soap or windex. I asked them and told them a thousand times, please no noise,I am moving because of that, is there mice here? no mice please. oh no everything is great, the super takes care of everything, he is the greatest. "Bull" he won't even respond to your messages, low cost phone he said, I don't get messages, and then see him sitting outside the building with an iphone, no joke!! it has been a nightmare living here, I have [redacted] and they just didn't care who they put in here as long as they got there commission, nasty, bad, disrespectful. I wish there was something I could do to get out of this trap. Please help and guide me.Thank you[redacted]ps, I got pictures of everything. Oh, oh, yes, when I complaint to the realtor he insulted me by saying I did not want to pay the rent now that I have the lease. The girl I started with is [redacted], and her boss took over when he saw me not wanting the apt till he got me!! nice tactics.Desired Settlement: I would like the money back I paid the realtor and the moving costs of $450. I thought we go to them to help us, not kill us!! why a fee for that lie!!

[redacted] was taken to the apartment 2 times before he applied. The apartment he rented was newly renovated, and cleaned before he moved in. The building is cleaned 2 to 3 times a week by the super and porter. We have been dealing with this Landlord for over 10 years, and all the new tenants that are in this building are happy and never complain. We did our best to get [redacted] approved for this apartment, even though he did not qualify. When it was time to sign the lease, [redacted] was very quick in signing his lease and anxious to move into his new, CLEAN and BIGGER apartment (700sqft), nor did I or my agent forced him or used any special tactics to convince him in signing. We highly believe that each apartment sells itself, people will rent if they feel good about the apartment, building and location. No Need to convince or pressure anyone to rent! Our reputation is very good in the rental business, we have great reviews on [redacted] a nd we are pl[redacted]ng to keep It that way. As License Brokers we could never guarantee to any new tenant if the building is safe, quiet or give information on what “kind of people” live in the building. It is against the law, and we always follow the laws. [redacted] has the right in not renewing his lease when it expires

Nothing but lies, I saw the apt once, I was promised it was not a noisy building, a clean building, not told that I was going to be without an elevator for almost 3 months, and that I was moving out of a building because of the noise, so the last thing I wanted was noise. I have mice, nothing but lout neighbors, ** is moving out because she can't take it no more, on the 3rd floor as well another couple, and I have had 9 different times no hot water in 4 months. He is not true because he needs the commission, obviously he does not rent to many units since he had to lure me into this one. I went to get my deposit while he send out [redacted] to get me alone and convince me. I did not want the apartment. At this point [redacted] my attorney will make a claim in court and will see what happens. This is the worst ever. If the building is so great, why am I moving out October [redacted]? I have paid my rent on the first of every month regardless, am I making this up? How dare he, after he insulted me in every way possible over the phone. I Have pictures of everything I am talking about, everything, including all messages and emails with the unresponsive super, and management. This building is dirty, the two glass entrance doors have never been cleaned, never, at least since I am here. People relive themselves in the entrance hall, I got the pictures of everything.[redacted]

I am sorry, but that is no longer available on there site, I can't say it enough times, I was moving from a noisy Apartment and did not, did not want noise, that was the only reason I was leaving my old apartment.

We spoke about it and the super was here as well, reaffirming that this building was a quiet building. No hot water, no heat complains, dirty, all I was assured it was not going to be by [redacted] and [redacted]!!
