Horrible customer service! The property manager refused to talk to us after lease was signed and push us off to assistant
Moved into a dirty rental property managed by pmi of Memphis who shares this office with this companyThe whole house was so disgusting, it was very obivous that they did not get the house cleaned before we occupied the house and at the time our son was months old when we moved in, the house was so filthy We didn't not feel comfortable putting our son on the floor to sit! They gave us the wrong keys to get into the house, wasted our time with our movers a total of hours were wasted, we asked to be reimbursed for the time lost with our movers which was around about $for the time wasted, the property Manager for the property avoided us at all cost after the lease was signed and pushes us off to his assistant and says it not THIER fault that THEY HAD THE WRONG KEYS!!!! They told us we would have to take it up with the homeowner to get reimbursed for the lo
