PMI Secure

Review: Our company has been having issues with several non-working devices (DVR's, Intercoms). We have called PMI to come out to troubleshoot/service these issues and have not heard from them for over 5 weeks although they have been paid (a part PMI informed us would take 24hrs to receive & replace under warranty) for services already. We continually call.. email .. to no avail. Our company has been inconvenienced and put at risk because our security camera's are not 100% operational during this entire period of time.Desired Settlement: Dynamic Health would like for PMI to come our location and install/repair our non-operating equipment and complete agreed upon service.
