On July 8, I filed a claim with the Homefirst Agency for storm related water damage to my home This damage occurred after two weeks of very heavy storms that included high windsThey responded by mail with a letter dated August 17, The reason for denial of the claim was an improperly installed drip edge in the area of the damage We dispute this claim because we have lived in our home for almost years and have never had any damage to any inside ceiling of our home before the recent storms Furthermore the inspector that Homefirst Agency sent to inspect our roof also told my wife that he thought the damage would be covered and said it was procedure for us to get a copy of his report, which we never receivedWe also noted that the inspector did not take any notes (only pictures) so we assume he wrote his report from memory We still expect to see a copy of the reportthat was made
