I am rejecting this response because: The only reason I resigned the lease was because I received section and I had to in order to pay less for the townhouseI was stuck being a single working momThere were only two small holes from a door knob in the bathroom and one in the hall wash that we patchedThese people lie and will do whatever it takes to keep renters depositsIt's how they make their moneyThe person supposed to take care of my dispute went out of the office for a week and no one else in the company would talk to me about the situation for an entire weekI received receipts for work but I am not paying for a fence that was not completed when I moved in and I'm not paying for a tree that fell over during a storm that needed to be removed there is no reason I needed to see that receiptMy father was on the first lease as a co signer and they are not responding to him or meThey will not be getting any money out of meI would appreciate at least $back to meLike I said previously how am I supposed to know every little thing in a place that doesn't work before I've actually lived there and used things? They cannot charge me labor for things that needed to be done anyways, like the fence and tree removal and paintBeing a single working mother I didn't really have time to worry about complaining about everything in the townhouse I was more concerned about just getting through daily lifeI WILL be contacting Colorado Attorney General.

We have responded to *** and we did send our invoices(receipts) for work performed on her unit after she vacated the unit. She mentions our horrible reputation yet she renewed her lease without any complaints. Our policy is to give any new tenant a walk thru sheet to go through the
unit and let us know of any issues that might need any additional attention. Tenants have up to days to return these walk through sheets(Statement of Condition). *** did return her walk through sheet and we did not charge her for any items mentioned on her statement of condition. She was in Lease violation for having pets in her unit which were not approved. Her lease states that we could charge her $towards her deposit that we have not done at this time. She called into our office twice very irate and was very upset about what she was charged for. All she could do is yell and cuss and threatened to ruin our business. My staff tried to answer her questions but she was in no way willing to listenWe did charge her to repair holes in the walls including a fist hole. We also charged her to remove trash that was left in the unit and to repair the wiring in the garage that her ex-husband tried to rewire. Our lease specifically addresses any repairs are to be done by PML, Incor its contractors also carpets are to be professional Dry Cleaned upon vacating the property. No repairs are to be done without our permission of which she did not receive. We have before and after pictures, and the property was not returned in better shape than when she received it Sincerely, *** *** PML, Inc

As I responded in my first response, [redacted]'s father is not on the most current Lease, so we are not able to talk to him in regards to this matter.  He did call in to our office and was very vocal and rude to my employees and said that he would call back on the following Monday.  He did not call back and also did not leave a phone number to contact him. Per [redacted]'s questioning of the other expenses on the receipts, we did not charge her for the fence repairs or the tree removal.  The contractor did those repairs as well while they were on site.  The paint was necessary due to the drywall damage that occurred during her tenancy that needed to be painted. I hope this explains the balance of her questions.  There will be no refund of her Security Deposit, but I am willing to zero out her account on what she still owes. Sincerely, [redacted] PML, Inc.
