Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below PMOFL came out to my apartment last Monday for an inspection and I let them know then that I was only receiving about 5-minutes of hot water per every 6-hoursI'm still currently having to boil water on the stove when I have to clean anything in the apartment if I decided to clean myself that dayAnd they never got back to me about a reimbursement for the days that I did go without any water at all Regards, sufficient [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meThe reimbursement would be for the THREE separate occasions that my water was cut off without noticeI will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedI will start another case if all maintenance issues are resolved.

The owner of the building pays the water bill each month not the management company He didn't pay the bill and water company shut off He has paid the bill and water has been turned back on

So the licensed plumbing company that installed water heater said that water heater is fully functional and based on the size of the water heater it's output is perfect The owner uses this company and has nothing to do with PMOFL which manages the leasing and bookkeeping for the property Once again I can ask owner if willing to reimburse you again but answer was no since water heater works fine

Spoke to our maintenance department they show that they have left voicemails for you and finally got a call back and you already have this repair scheduled for Tuesday January 23,

It is my understanding that the owner of property paid a licensed plumber to replace the water heater and they tested it and it works fine

PMOFL came out to my apartment last Monday for an inspection and I let them know then that I was only receiving about 5-10 minutes of hot water per every 6-8 hours. I'm still currently having to boil water on the stove when I have to clean anything in the apartment if I decided to clean myself that day. And they never got back to me about a reimbursement for the days that I did go without any water at all.
