As I responded in my first response, [redacted] 's father is not on the most current Lease, so we are not able to talk to him in regards to this matter He did call in to our office and was very vocal and rude to my employees and said that he would call back on the following Monday He did not call back and also did not leave a phone number to contact himPer [redacted] 's questioning of the other expenses on the receipts, we did not charge her for the fence repairs or the tree removal The contractor did those repairs as well while they were on site The paint was necessary due to the drywall damage that occurred during her tenancy that needed to be paintedI hope this explains the balance of her questions There will be no refund of her Security Deposit, but I am willing to zero out her account on what she still owesSincerely, [redacted] PML, Inc [redacted]
