numerous request's for our company to do hours of customization and additional programming that was not paid for. Helping with a few small task's was quickly done without asking for any payment. As much as we would like to help we have cost's and cannot work for free for 10 or 12 hours. We were required to build, setup and host a site that is accessible and usable by the customer. It is up live and working perfect, his contract states very clearly that due to the nature of the service we will not provide any refunds. We guarantee our service and stand by our work. We have made numerous attempts to help but cannot design a $10,000 site on a $1,000 budget.
