I contacted Reckless Motorcycles online to build and paint a fairing for me. The build quality was first rate and everything was as ordered. The paint I paid for was a "factory" paint job, which means standard Harley colors. I asked for a custom job to match my bike and they went out of their way to not only do it, but get it right. My dealings with the staff was always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Reckless Motorcycles for taking care of your bike needs.
I ordered a fairing from this company on June 18, 2015.. On July 24, 2015 I called and canceled my order, I was told on July 21, 2015 my order wouldn't ship for another week and a half, so in the mean time a good deal came open on a new Street Glide so I ended up trading so I no longer needed this fairing. I was told at the time of cancelation that I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. This is nonsense because my fairing never shipped so how could a restocking fee be charged. The customer service everytime I called was the worst I had ever experienced. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
