Thank you for the response.  I appreciate the detail provided.I do check that email box's spam/clutter/junk mail daily.  I currently have no black listed domains on my account.  I have also checked with my organizations Exchange administrators and they cannot find any reason why the pmstudy.com domain would enter.  According to the engineer I talked with, they don't have any heuristic filtering in place on the perimeter and the domain is not blacklisted.I have already tried resetting passwords multiple times, without email response making it through either.With the lack of ability communicate over the course of weeks, the payment processor was asked to reverse the charges.  I also lack the faith in the ability to gain support should I try to log in with the information provided over this Revdex.com incident.And given that I have not logged in, I respectfully request that the account be cancelled.

retake exam is taken within 30 days. The $275 refund is provided not for failing the 1st attempt but for taking the retake exam which needs to be taken within 30 days of failing the first attempt. To assess the eligibility for reimbursing $275, we need proof that the student has failed the first attempt and that he/she is retaking it within 30 days. Report card of the first failed attempt help us to verify that the student has failed the first exam and the report card of the 2nd attempt (or 1st retake) help us verify that the retake exam has been taken within 30 days of failing the first attempt.In this case, the complainant, Sam Schmitz provided us the report card of the first attempt which verifies that he failed his 1st exam. He had also submitted his report card of the second attempt which verifies that he did take the retake exam within 30 days of failing the first attempt. So the complainant is eligible for the first $275 refund.As per our policy, if the student fails again (i.e. 2nd attempt or 1st retake), he/she will be eligible for another $275 for taking the 3rd attempt (or 2nd retake), if the same is taken within 30 days of failing in the 2nd attempt. Again to establish the eligibility, we check the report card of the 2nd attempt to verify that the student has failed the exam indeed and also ask for the report card of the 3rd attempt which can verify that the 3rd attempt has been taken within 30 days of failing the 2nd attempt. In this case, we cannot verify the eligibility of the complainant for this second $275 as we do not know when the 3rd attempt was taken as we do not have the report card of this attempt in our records. If the complainant can email his report card of the 3rd attempt to [email protected] we can verify his eligibility and act accordingly. As of now, he is eligible for $275 refund.The full terms of money back policy is available here: [redacted]We understand from our record that the student had paid by check. We have resolved the issue with consumer. VMEdu had sent all the required services with in the time frame however We have agreed to honour customer claims and we will refund the payment to him. He has agreed to close the Revdex.com complaint but he does not have the option to do it. Please refer to the attachement for the same.

I waited an additional 4 days after they stated the refund would reach my house.
