To whom it may concern, [redacted] enrolled in a PMTC course on February 19th which was set to start on February 22ndDue to a PMTC website issue, [redacted] was allowed to enroll in this courseSince [redacted] 's issue with the PMTC website, PMTC has changed the eligible timeframe that allows students to enroll in a courseAdditionally, [redacted] was refunded his complete tuition ($1395.00) on February 19th

Our policy is to assist students with additional training until they pass their examThere is no refund once a student has participated in all days of training, as this student hasNo refund is warranted, as we are still offering our services to assist the student

[redacted] attended class 6/20/The instructor was injured during class and had to be rushed to the hospitalbooks, materials, food and beverage and training facility space was expended to conduct the classper our policy the student may re attend any future class, however a refund is not possible once the class beginsAdditionally the force majeur terms and conditions specify accidents and issues beyond our control, such as injuryWe are mofre then willing to provide training to the students and/or an additional colleague to help offset the inconvenience

We apologize sincerelyWe changed credit card processing companies and couldn’t find the customers transactionOnce we found it, we fully refunded the charge

[redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me if the additional clause is added that I receive a full refund it the training is cancelled a third time. I will register for the June 19-23 Washington DC course and would like to leave this complaint unresolved until such time as this course actually occurs. Regards, [redacted]
